This type of installation may often be of significant complexity, due to the flexibility and guaranteed performance they must provide when integrated with existing industrial processes. SENER has thus executed efficient cogeneration plants that supply process steam to oil refineries, chemical and petrochemical plants, and to other manufacturing processes that require heat input.

It also has experience in projects with an additional degree of complexity, such as cogeneration plants with multiple liquid and gaseous fuels, or those that require complicated integrations into continuous or discontinuous production processes, etc.
