SENER carries out all kinds of work related to hydroelectric power generation:

• basin feasibility studies;
• hydroelectric project feasibility studies;
• conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering;
• engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects and EPC management (EPCM);
• technical assistance for hardware tests;
