LNG virtual system distribution, Santa Cruz, Bolivia.

The LNG is obtained from a liquefaction plant and transported later by cryogenic trucks to satellite plants, sited in different populations, for its regasification.

A virtual LNG grid consists of a set of systems through which liquefying natural gas is achieved, so that it can be easily transported to zones of diffi cult access or where there is no gas pipeline. This way, the gas can be distributed to both population and industry.

The liquefaction plant, the truck tankers in addition to the regasifi cation plants and service stations located in the places of the fi nal distribution, complete the set entirely of the virtual LNG grid.

  • Project data:
  • Liquefaction capacity: 210 t/d.
  • 5 to 6 days LNG Storage Capacity.
  • 32 cryogenic trucks.
  • 33 satellite regasification plants.
  • Contract type: EPC.
